PERSONAL ACCOUNT SERVICE

You will need to provide us your Xbox/Microsoft account credentials so we can log in and mod your account. We may need a    2-factor authentication code from one of the emails/phone numbers associated with your account, in order to log in. We expect you will be able to try your best to comply with this so we can ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

 

After we mod your account and you are logging in, it is necessary that you let us know if there are any syncing issues before proceeding so we can provide you with further instructions. If you fail to comply with our steps we do not accept responsibility, although we will still try our best to help you out or provide you with a replacement account.

 

When we mod your account, it will overwrite your existing save with the modded contents. Of course if you are worried about having to buy back some cars you have tuned, there’s not too much to be concerned about considering that with max credits any car can be attained quite easily.
